Fewer clients. More attention.
Most firms take all the clients they can hold. I intentionally take on fewer so every engagement gets my full attention. As a virtual firm, I’m always just one quick video call away. That means I’m there when you need me, not two weeks after the decision that couldn’t wait.

Corey Kramer, CPA, CFP®
Aventura, Florida
After more than a decade at national and boutique firms, I started Kramer CPA because I got tired of watching accountants show up once a year at tax time and call it a relationship. Your finances don’t work that way. Your accountant shouldn’t either.
Kramer CPA PLLC is based in Aventura, just north of Miami, serving small business owners, solopreneurs, and creators in all 50 states.
Questions, answered.
Tax and advisory work is only as good as the numbers underneath it. Monthly bookkeeping means nothing gets reconstructed in April, and your books stay current enough to make business decisions in real time.
No, and that’s deliberate. Every engagement includes monthly bookkeeping, because good tax planning and tax preparation cannot be done without clean books. The one exception is personal (1040) returns, which don’t need bookkeeping. Tax planning is still part of the engagement.
Solopreneurs, creators, and first-generation small business owners whose time is better spent running their business than maintaining their books or DIYing their taxes. Others too, including individuals with equity compensation.
Everything happens online: QuickBooks Online for your books, a secure portal for document sharing, e-signatures, and video calls when we need them. I work with clients in every state, and you never need to visit an office.
Fees depend on which services you need, and there are no hourly rates: engagements are flat fees, monthly for business clients and annual for personal returns. The minimums for each are laid out in the two-minute questionnaire you’ll complete after clicking the “See If We’re a Fit” button.
Click the “See If We’re a Fit” button and complete a two-minute questionnaire. If I’m a good fit for the services you need, you’ll get a link to book an intro call. Onboarding takes a week or two from there.
Ready when you are.
